  • FOR OCs AND CHARACTERS NOT FROM MY OWN MUSE'S SOURCE MATERIAL: PLEASE INTERACT WITH MY MUSE AS IF THEY ARE MEETING FOR THE FIRST TIME IN OUR INITIAL INTERACTIONS.

i will always, ALWAYS write first interactions so that they are 'meeting each other for the first time'. because that will always be the case - my muses do not know your OC. my muses do not know this character from another source material.and even if our muses are both from the same source material, if they have never met at all in canon, their first interaction will likely be written as a first meeting.if your OC is related to a canon character that i muse, talk to me about it before we interact at all.

shipping rules

  • i'll typically say yes to shipping but please know that i write towards establishing a relationship between our muses. slow burn if you will. i like getting to explore dynamics between muses.

  • OCs and characters from different verses, canons, etc are okay to ship, as long as we have a good dynamic going on between them! if your muse is an alternate version of my muse, that works as well, whatever, sure.

  • yumeshippers / yumeOCs - while you are welcome to interact with my accounts, please know that i will never agree to ship with your yume OC. i don't feel comfortable shipping with yume OCs. please respect this decision. if you pass off your yume OC as an OC without my knowledge, i will be hardblocking you no questions asked if i find out.

notes

  • i have several mental health issues that i'm not about to list down, depression aside. just keep this in mind - there are times where my activity will slow down due to lack of energy and motivation.

  • i have memory problems and there are times when i'm very dissociated so please be patient with me if i don't respond IC or OOC. sometimes i will reply immediately and sometimes i end up just not responding for days.

  • on that note, please nudge me if you've been waiting on a reply, especially when it's been a few days or a week. sometimes notifications, threads, DMs, etc., get buried. sometimes i bookmark to respond later, or sometimes i think i've bookmarked something already. this won't guarantee a response soon, though - sometimes i just don't have the energy for some things, or some people.

  • there will be times when i haven't responded to you in a while, but only respond to one person or a few people for days - this is not a personal issue against you. sometimes i only much energy to spare for a few select people IC and OOC.

  • apologies if i misread your tone or misunderstand what you write; sometimes i'm unable to understand phrasing or wording. there may be times when i don't respond to threads at all - be it due to not knowing what to write next, or because i've somehow missed the notif or lost the thread. there are times when i lose interest in threads that might not be moving along for a while, too.
